Round-up

1. There were 200 reported cases of racism in Cardiff schools last year.

2. The New York State Division of Human Rights has determined that there is probable cause to believe the Ithaca City School District engaged in unlawful discrimination against a DeWitt Middle School student during the 2005-06 school year. The case centers on whether the district took appropriate and prompt action to protect a DeWitt seventh-grader, who is black, from alleged racial harassment by a group of white students between October 2005 and February 2006.

Yep, you heard right. The fact that they failed to stop it means they are filthy racists. Don't you just love assumptions?
