Islamophobia "Worst Form of Terrorism"

Foreign ministers of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) yesterday expressed grave concern at the rising tide of discrimination and intolerance against Muslims, especially in Europe and North America. “It is something that has assumed xenophobic proportions,” they said in unison.

Speaking at a special brainstorming session on the sidelines of the 34th Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers (ICFM), the foreign ministers termed Islamophobia the worst form of terrorism and called for practical steps to counter it.

Yep, that's right: drawing attention to the elements of Islam that give rise to jihad violence - or "criticism", as it has been dubbed - is apparently worse than flying planes into buildings or blowing yourself up on the London Underground. Read the whole article; it is staggering in its atrociousness.

The real truth, of course, is that Europe and America are extremely TOLERANT of Muslims and in general aren't the types to treat them unfairly because of their religion. Throughout the Western world we do our best to peddle the myth that Islam is a Religion of Peace (TM) for this very reason. It seems to me that the ones guilty of exactly the kind of behaviour the OIC are describing are the Islamic jihadists themselves, who commit their acts of evil violence indiscrimiately against ANYONE WHO IS NOT A MUSLIM.
