OK, well, this is my first proper post, then, and we'll start off lightly, I think, but on-topic nevertheless.
A French court has overturned a ruling which would have prevented an organisation from offering pork soup to the homeless on the grounds that it was "racist" and discriminatory against Muslims and Jews, who are not allowed to eat pork.
What nonsense! It is encouraging to see such a silly ruling passed off, particularly by the usually sickeningly PC French, but how could anyone think this is racist in the first place? At the very WORST it is a bit negligent towards the religious beliefs of some, but how is it racist? Are they suggesting that the pork soup was deliberately served in order to keep Muslims and Jews away?
Oh, and by the way, Judaism and Islam are not even races.
